Peer Review Process
Summaries of the communications received are subject to a first evaluation to discard those that does not fit with the subjects addressed in CIECI. The authors will be informed if their proposal (summary) has been accepted in Congress.
Subsequently, full texts are evaluated through the "double blind" review process, so that neither authors nor reviewers know the identity of the other party. Reviews will be made by the members of the Scientific Committee, although more reviewers may be chosen from professors and outstanding professionals if the subject of the communication so demands.
The authors will be informed of the final acceptance, or rejection, if applicable, on the dates established by the congress. Also, if necessary, they will be informed of the changes they must make in the text.
